Former Melbourne Demons coach Dean Bailey has joined the new-look Adelaide Crows coaching staff as their strategy and innovation coach.
Bailey will work under new senior coach Brenton Sanderson and will work with the midfield group on match days.
Mark Bickley, who stepped in as interim coach when Neil Craig was sacked earlier this year, will take on the role as senior assistant coach while Scott Camporeale and Ben Hart's replacement will be the line coaches.
Bailey's move makes it a direct swap between the Demons and the Crows after Craig joined the Demons last week.
