Does hand in football has become a normal thing?

Yes, i'm talking about Arsenal - Liverpool game. Actually the very end of it. If referees like Howard Webb don't see those pretty obvious moments in game, then what football becomes? Handball? Of course you'd say it was just a mistake. But it seems to me that those mistake are made very often lately. Maybe referee don't wanted to give Fabregas second yellow card in 30 seconds? :) Who knows! Anyways, the game has ended and i don't say that Liverpool was better than Arsenal and that they deserve to win, but my opinion that obvious hand in game shouldn't be missed...
