Women's World Cup champions Japan have finished off their 2012 London Olympics qualifiers in winning style with a 1-0 victory over hosts China on Sunday.
Asuna Tanaka scored the game's only goal on 57 minutes in a match which was a dead rubber as Nadeshiko had already clinched qualification.
Azusa Iwashimizu had seen her effort hit the crossbar but Tanaka swooped on the loose ball to lash home the winner
